My family already eats very healthy (never eat out, always homemade food, whole wheat stuff, no added sodium) but junk food is also my weakness!! Haha! Good for you! Looking forward to seeing how difficult or easy it is! I think I might have to...you know, once I've eaten everything in my fridge/cupboard that wouldn't apply to this ;) hahaKendelhttp://www.littlemisadventures.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1987399996920911855.post-48300032008169747332014-10-07T21:26:50.534-07:002014-10-07T21:26:50.534-07:00Love this! Eating fresh food is a no brainer but for some reason it's so hard to do. I can't wait to get started. Good luck with those dang night shifts girl!! :)Hopeful Wanderinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10576389279416682454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1987399996920911855.post-78957211478235908972014-10-07T21:18:13.468-07:002014-10-07T21:18:13.468-07:00Before I was on clinical rotations, I ate fairly c...Before I was on clinical rotations, I ate fairly close to this. My husband also NEVER eats processed sugar in ANYTHING (I will indulge maybe once a month, because chocolate.) It's definitely easier when you're in a family environment and not totally on your own. It was always so nice to help Peter prepare vegetables we grow together in the garden and foods he whipped up from scratch, but on my 14 hour night shifts it's just not feasible :-/ I strongly encourage you to give it a shot though! If you stick to it, you WILL feel better. I guarantee it ;-)Georgiahttp://merakikaiagapi.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1987399996920911855.post-6710637466005630002014-10-07T20:58:53.389-07:002014-10-07T20:58:53.389-07:00Haha do it with me, I need someone to keep me moti...Haha do it with me, I need someone to keep me motivated, we could swap recipes ;)Hopeful Wanderinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10576389279416682454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1987399996920911855.post-13649592851222869972014-10-07T20:46:55.367-07:002014-10-07T20:46:55.367-07:00Dang girl.
